TJ GAVLIK

CERTIFICATIONS: XPS, CSCS, MASTERS- APPLIED PHYSIOLOGY AND KINESIOLOGY

Building relationships and serving others are the reasons Gavlik wanted to get into the fitness industry, and he has been doing just that since 2012. He has experience training a diverse range of clients, from your average Joe and Jane to clients with ALS and Down Syndrome. As a former professional baseball player and collegiate strength and conditioning coach, Gavlik’s speciality is working with athletes to improve their strength, speed, and power. No matter what age, gender, or ability, Gavlik wants to build a relationship with you and help change your life!

KURT ADAMS

CERTIFICATIONS: B.S. -EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY, NSCA, CSCS

Kurt Adams has close to 20 years of personal training experience combined with a deep knowledge and understanding of corrective exercise and strength training. Adams holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Georgia Southern as well as the highly coveted nationally recognized CSCS. Kurt is committed to physically challenging and educating all individuals as they achieve and maximize their full potential defined by their personal goals. Adams specialty areas include: Functional Training, Sports Specific Training, Weight Loss, Strength Training and Corrective Exercise.

TYLER URTEL

CERTIFICATIONS: BSH, CSCS

Tyler Urtel has over 8 years of experience training athletes and a wide range of clientele from age 10 to 85. With a degree from the University of North Florida in Exercise Science and a CSCS from the NSCA, Tyler utilizes a combination of classic strength and conditioning and applied kinesiology based training methodology. By training proper movement patterns, Urtel believes bodies can perform at their best both in the gym and out in the real world. Whether you’re an athlete, interested in moving better, or just looking to get in great shape, Urtel can help you become the best version of yourself.

TAMMY WHEELER ADAMS

CERTIFICATIONS: MASTER'S DEGREE- EXERCISE SCIENCE AND CHRONIC DISEASE, ACSM-EP, ACE - FITNESS NUTRITIONIST SPECIALIST, MOVEMENT & MOBILITY LEVELS 101 & 102

Tammy Wheeler Adams has been a certified personal trainer for over 15 years. She has experience working with a very diverse population ranging from the ages of 11 to 88 years old. Tammy has helped many clients lose more than 30 to 100 lbs. She utilizes movement-based training to help clients achieve their goals whether that is to lose body fat, gain muscle, improve range of motion or overall fitness performance. When it comes to philosophies on fitness, Tammy believes that you only get one body, we must treat it with respect by challenging it, fueling it properly with clean food and learning to make proper lifestyle adjustments to live a happier and healthier life.

Wesley is a NASM-certified personal trainer with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals and become the best versions of themselves. Wesley is also a Summa Cum Laude graduate from the University of North Florida, where she received the Outstanding Student Award and the Highest GPA Award. Wesley is also working toward a full Pilates certification through Balanced Body. With a focus on strength, mobility, and functional movement, Wesley is committed to creating personalized fitness plans that help clients improve their overall well-being.

Ben has 20 years of professional training experience. As a lover of biomechanics, Ben builds the body by assessing where clients carry tension, have muscle imbalances, and strength weaknesses. From there, programs, training, and recovery are customized to build the structural integrity of the body while also training the specific goals and needs of the client. Ben loves to use creative way to build strength, speed, endurance, and power, all of which reduce disease while promoting athletic movement skill.
